An Empowering, Streamlined Process

My process often begins with a thorough diagnostic evaluation, where I take the time to truly understand your story. This initial assessment goes beyond a checklist of symptoms—it’s an opportunity for us to explore the emotional, social, and interpersonal dimensions of your life. Through this collaborative approach, I’m able to form a complete picture of your mental health and tailor treatment recommendations specifically for you.

Therapy with me is grounded in evidence-based modalities and delivered with warmth and curiosity. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges related to identity or life transitions, I strive to make therapy a meaningful and affirming experience. The therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of our work together, and I am intentional about creating a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Expert Pre-Surgical Evaluations

I provide pre-surgical psychiatric clearance for patients preparing for elective medical or surgical procedures. These evaluations assess cognitive capacity, mental health stability, and informed consent readiness to help ensure a safe and informed surgical process.
