The goal of my practice is to provide more detailed care, better accessibility, and longer visits than are generally available in insurance models. Insurance company models do not adequately allow the extensive amount of time, detail, and flexibility it often takes to complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and discuss options for treatment.
Many insurance plans do offer out-of-network coverage. If requested, I can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.
Rates will depend on the treatment recommendations. Please contact me and I will be happy to discuss this further. I am also able to accept payment from FSA/HSA accounts.
For your convenience, new patient forms are available to fill out online in the comfort of your own home or office. I look forward to meeting you at your first appointment!
For informational purposes only, a link to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Open Payments web page is provided here. The federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act requires that detailed information about payment and other payments of value worth over ten dollars ($10) from manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, and biologics to physicians and teaching hospitals be made available to the public.
